It's cold in Miami today, being in the 50s. I know, I know, this is beach weather for the rest of the country. But it made me think about warming up. In cold weather you should warm up more than usual... but how do you know when you are warmed up?
The purpose of warming up is to increase your core temperature. You know you are warm when you start to sweat. I'm not talking about dripping puddles, but a light sweat. We sweat because our body is trying to cool itself off.
So remember, take some extra time to warm up today, and when you've got those very first signs of sweat... you're warm.
