We're Pleased To Announce:
We will be adding Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to our class schedule starting March 8th. The new classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm to 7pm. The instructor will be Gabriel Pinto, a Brown Belt under Michael Cardoso of Extreme MMA, and a Purple Belt under Daniel "Montanha" Lima of Gracie Barra.
We're excited to have someone with such a wealth of experience and a wide toolbox of techniques as Gabriel.
Classes will be mixed level and require a Gi. Students will be ranked following the curriculum of Extreme MMA: White Belt, Green Belt, Blue Belt, Purple Belt, Brown Belt, Black Belt.
As the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program expands classes will start to be offered Monday through Friday.
In addition to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu we will start ranking students in Muay Thai. The ranking system follows the color system of our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Classes. Ranks are arm bands, called Prajioud in Thai, and are traditional good luck charms of Muay Thai. Beginners will start at White Band and work through Green Band.
Classes for the White Band and Green Band levels will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6pm to 7pm.
Blue Band and Purple Band Classes are for Intermediate students and will be held Monday through Friday from 8:30pm to 9:30pm.
Also, the schedule for the Look Good Naked Classes is changing. Classes will be held Monday through Friday, back-to-back, from 7pm to 7:45pm and 7:45pm to 8:30pm.
